Sainte-Claire, Quebec, July 7, 2010— Prevost recently hosted the 2010 Volvo Bus Sales Academy at their Nashville Service Center conference facility. The Academy is a week-long sales training session which focuses on Customer Satisfaction, Product Knowledge and Communication Strategies.  The Prevost New Coach, Pre-Owned and Bus Shell and Nova Bus Sales teams sharpened their skills relating to customer needs, customer segmentation, product expertise, credit management and effective communications. The Volvo Sales Academy is a global initiative by Volvo Bus, designed to train Sales Teams in these areas of importance.

Ward Hicken, Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States, just celebrated his 10^th anniversary with Prevost, and Dann Wiltgen, Vice President of New Coach Key Accounts, Pre-Owned Coach Sales, and Bus Shell Sales, just marked his 15^th year.
