There is a state-of-the art telephone system to ensure your call is handled timely and efficiently, with the quality of service that you have come to expect from Prevost - Nova Bus. The Central Order Desk is directly linked to all Parts and Service Centers throughout the United States and Canada to help expedite your parts orders and ensures your parts arrive on time. To ensure coast-to-coast coverage, desk hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., central time. | ||
