Branch Manager: Rose Baker Parts Manager: Jeff Taylor The new 58,000 sq. ft. facility in Goodlettsville is equipped with 13 service bays, 1 wash bay; 20,000 sq. ft. parts warehouse area, two story office area and great parking spaces including some leased spaces available for long term vehicle parking for Prevost customers. It is easily accessed from Exit 97 off Interstate 65. SERVICE It is a one-stop shop for everything from routine maintenance and servicing to cosmetic upgrades and major accident repairs. The service team boasts 21 factory-trained technicians with over 150 years of combined experience. Tennessee Service Center hours - Round the clock from Monday 7:00 a.m. to Thursday midnight and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. After hours emergency repair service is also available. PARTS The parts warehouse contains more than 6,000 different part numbers. It stocks OEM replacement parts for most makes and models of coaches, motorhomes, and transit buses as well as specialized tooling. Tennessee Parts and Administration hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours emergency parts assistance is also available. | ||
