Prevost Technical Institute (PTI) offers an extensive training program that can be customized to meet the individual needs of any customer. A three-pronged approach of Prevost-hosted events, instruction at customer locations, and online learning ensures the availability of Prevost expertise to all.
Hands-on Technical Training
Each year, as many as 650 technicians complete one of the hands-on training sessions held at Prevost facilities throughout North America. These sessions, conducted by our factory-trained experts, range from high-level overviews to in-depth system teardown and component replacement. Customized sessions held at customer sites, taught by the same professional trainers, are also available.

Prevost Factory Training
The Prevost Technical Institute™ is pleased to announce the dates for Factory Training in 2024. Our flagship training event offers technicians the opportunity to come to Quebec and receive training on the vehicle systems from our factory trained experts. This premier event also allows technicians to see firsthand how their coaches are built on our assembly line. This unique experience allows technicians to gain greater understanding of the vehicle systems which they can then use in their own shops to increase vehicle uptime.

Helpful hint - watch the registration instruction video for a full walk through of the registration process
- Parma # is your Prevost customer account number; if you do not know the account number, enter your company's full name
- Passwords must be 6-20 characters and must contain upper and lower case and a combination of letters and numbers
- Once submitted, administrators will approve your application
- Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to PTI online
- Use the "Have a password" tab to enter the PTI site
- Use your email and previously created password to access the trainings
