Prevost Expands its Illinois Parts Customer Service Center
(STE-CLAIRE, Quebec) July 8, 2015 –The current headquarters for the U.S. Parts Service Center, located in Illinois, will find its new home on July 13th, 2015 in a new, larger space located at 2250 Point Boulevard Suite 410 Elgin, Illinois 60123. All phone numbers and its current PO Box address will remain the same, making it easy for customers and partners to locate the support center. The Illinois office is headquarters to Prevost’s U.S. parts order desk and customer service center for all parts-related orders, inquiries, and technical support.
“We simply ran out of room,” says Joe Ward, Site Manager and National Sales Manager. “We continue to grow, and this new larger office will allow us to expand in the future”. The Illinois Parts Customer Service Center receives over 160,000 phone calls every year that cover a range of questions from parts, order requests, and technical support. The new office will feature a new training room that will allow for the expanded training for current and future service and parts technicians that will lead to more jobs for the community and the growth of the Prevost support team.
