In an effort to ease concerns about the loss of warranty time on coaches not currently in use, we are offering our Tour & Charter and Entertainer operators a warranty extension on all coaches parked due to the COVID-19 crisis.* Coaches must be covered under our regular 24 month warranty as of April 1st, 2020.
Base warranty will be extended from 24 months to 27 months
*Exclusions – does not apply to coaches used in line haul operations or motorhomes
What Prevost Needs From You
Please provide to us a list, including VIN # and mileage, of your Prevost and/or Volvo 9700 coaches normally used for Tour & Charter and Entertainer operations but currently parked due to lack of business. This applies to vehicles under warranty as of April 1st, 2020. Submit your list to the email address listed below by April 3, 2020.
As of today, all Prevost Parts & Service centers as well as our Mobile Service Units remain available to meet your service needs. We are taking extra measures by frequently sanitizing high-traffic and touchpoint areas, and encouraging team members to practice safe social-distancing, refrain from shaking hands, and wear gloves when possible.
