Expanded Warranty Extension
The uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to plague our industry and many coaches remain parked. As your valued business partner, Prevost is offering to expand your warranty extension by an additional 30 days.
Expanded Warranty Extension will be increased from 27 months to 28 months
For those operators whose warranty was extended from 24 to 27 months on coaches parked due to the COVID-19 crisis, we will expand the warranty extension to 28 months.*
*Coaches must be covered under our regular 24 month warranty as of April 1st, 2020.
**Exclusion – does not apply to coaches used in line haul operations or motorhomes.
What Prevost Needs From You
Please provide to us a list at the email address below, including VIN # of your Prevost and/or Volvo 9700 coaches normally used for Tour & Charter and Entertainer operations that remain parked and have NOT been put back into service during this crisis. Submit your list to the email address listed below by June 30, 2020.
