Rosie Malcomb
A Legacy of Connection & Care

If you visit our Fort Worth Service Center, there's a name that everyone knows—Rosie Malcomb.

By July, she will have celebrated 24 years with Prevost, a tenure marked by a commitment to service, treating everyone who walks through the doors like family. It's the people, who make her job not just worthwhile, but a joy. The new faces and the lasting friendships are what she cherishes most.

"I just love the people. It's a great place to work, making so many memories and new friends."

Her late husband, a fellow member of the Prevost team, was a field service manager and technician. His death in 2022 created a void, but his legacy continues. "He was one of the best," Malcomb recalls. She remembers joining her husband on visits to service customers, which led to lasting relationships that have carried on over the years. She is reminded of these special bonds by the symbols of appreciation and friendship that now adorn her office.

Malcomb looks forward to welcoming new people into the Prevost family and is enthusiastic about the future. "I see a lot of new changes coming," she says. "Great possibilities for people to come and experience with us."

Armed with her lively spirit, she embraces the future just like she does each day at the Fort Worth Service Center—with a big smile and open arms.
